CMRH offers free mental health and wellbeing support tailored for migrants, refugees, and culturally diverse communities in Melbourne. We focus on prevention, community-based care, and long-term wellbeing through education, clinical support, and outreach.

At CMRH, we provide culturally responsive mental health services in Melbourne that reduce hospital admissions and support those facing psychiatric conditions or emerging risks. Our team works collaboratively with clients in a safe, evidence-based environment.
We focus on accessible, community-led care. Through outreach programs, education, telemental health, and clinic referrals, clients gain free access to clinicians, psychiatrists, and peer support to aid prevention, treatment, and recovery.
CMRH uses monitoring and evaluation tools to improve mental health outcomes and quality of life for clients, families, and carers. We build community resilience and empower individuals to manage mental health challenges, reducing repeat hospitalisations.
