On Friday, May 21st, 2021, Fair Game Australia has donated Soccer Boots, Handballs, Basket Balls, Volleyballs, and Baseballs for the Centre for Migrant and Refugee Health and Sudanese Mothers Coalition in Victoria. The Centre and Mothers Coalition have established the Multicultural Active Sports Victoria (MASVA) club as a joint program to engage young people and adults in physical activeness.
The MASVA is an initiative championing to improve community health and mental health for migrant and refugee backgrounds people.
Sports improve your mental health, and benefits may be less obvious, so let us count it improves our mood and make you feel happier and more relaxed as well.
